Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from CuccioSG. Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we kindly ask customers to review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Products must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review the matter and assist accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return request is approved, you may place a new order separately for the preferred item.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
