Opened or used personal care products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with salons, beauty businesses, and resellers across Singapore.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We currently do not have a strict MOQ. Tiered wholesale pricing is available depending on order quantity.
Can I test the products before purchasing wholesale?
Yes. You may arrange an appointment to visit our studio to explore and test selected products.
