📍 Shipping Within Singapore

We currently offer local shipping only within Singapore.

Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): SGD $4.50
Free Shipping for orders over SGD $60

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, restricted areas (e.g., military camps), or overseas addresses.
If your location is not eligible for delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

📦 Missed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package:

Our delivery partner will leave a notification and attempt redelivery (depending on courier policy).
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
